In 2016 Greater Destiny Prep Academy (Formerly Deeper Life Academy) started our basketball program. It is designed to give student-athletes the resources needed  pursue higher education through athletics. Our goal is to help each athlete improve holistically. We accept 10-20 student-athletes each year that are focused on furthering their education. We train, develop, and prepare our student-athletes for college and beyond. We play an extremely competitive schedule that provides maximum exposure for all of our players. We keep our numbers intentionally low to assure that we offer the highest quality of service. Our professionalism and strive for excellence is visible in everything we do. We have been blessed to have several players be awarded college scholarships at all levels. GDPA has both High School and Post Graduate Basketball Programs. In addition to these teams, we will be adding a regional team this upcoming season.

Education is our top priority. We have very strict rules about academic performance. Athletes must maintain a 2.3 GPA to be eligible to participate in athletics. We provide our student-athletes every resource needed to be successful in the classroom, as well as on the court. We are currently looking for boys and girls at all positions! We are confident that you will not fine other program that can match what we do in terms of exposure, preparation, marketing, and skill development! If your goal is to play at the next level, GDPA is where you need to be!
